This kit includes laser cut exterior and interior steps; the interior stairway has railings and banister; full foundation; milled in clap board siding; three square porch posts; five classic single windows; one classic French door and a classic front door. The West Lake is made from 3/8 inch Baltic Birch and has a shipping weight of 28 pounds.
