You are considering the vintage 1950-60's , Marx Tin two-story litho doll house shown in the pictures. This awesome beauty is in good condition showing normal wear and tear. This beautiful piece of workmanship has nice strong colors after all these years. These Marx doll houses had excellent details painted onto the walls. Another strong point for this set is the 28 pieces of furniture that is also included. This two-story house was played with but really doesn't show excessive wear. It does have a few minor dings and pings as it should considering its over 60 years old. One thing I noticed is that it has dormers when a lot of the others do not have dormers. This one is missing the plastic door frame along with the door.The only other noticeable issue is the corner of the roof is a little bent. The dimensions are 8" deep, 38" long
, and
15 3/4 tall. The house comes in two
separate
pieces, but was put together for the pictures. The
recreational
room with the breezeway is the second piece. They will be
separated
again for shipping purposes, and put in two
separate
boxes.
