Vintage Pressed Wood 1940's Dollhouse for Restore or Parts ~ Rich Toys??

Vintage 1940's Wood Doll House
Did not find a stamp for RICH TOYS but features the same style
Does have damage on the roof (see photos)
The dollhouse measurements are:
Roof measures 27.5 in across
17.75 in tall to roof peak
10.25 in deep
See pictures for damage; has all the windows & door, both chimneys;
roof has damage (crack down the middle on one side, broken off corners),
inside looks like the wall were painted, areas of paint loss where
tape was attached, missing some screws that hold it together, hinges need replacing
The dollhouse will be shipped unassembled

for ALL measurements if not posted (especially if clothing is vintage.
They run smaller than today's clothing).
I don't want anyone confused on what is expected before and after sale.
Once an item has a bid I will not end it early.
* Most items were bought at Thrift Stores, Estate Sales, Flea Markets, selling
for others and some are personal items.  Although my home is a Smoke Free Home,
I can not
guarantee
that items didn't come from the same conditions.
I recycle clean boxes and packing material.
