    Description

    I have no info to offer on what these are classified as I see inside and I see outside on other listings.   I opened these up and the measure is 3.25 all the way opened.  The device is 5.5 long over-all. They are used and works but can use a deep clean, degrease, I just wiped this down w/ WD-40.  Has good movements.   Zoom in to look at the surface and finish.  I see a 4 sided diamond logo neat the end BUT cant make out what it is - who makes it. Buyer must pay .50 shipping.
