Vintage Marx Tin Metal Litho 2 story Dollhouse w/ Family Furniture Accessories

House is missing the chimney and the door, some of the frames etc.  The back part of the roof is bowed in.  The walls hook together and came unhooked in a couple of places while moving it, but can be hooked back together.   I am not the original owner, and not a collector, don't have any knowledge about these vintage dollhouses, I just acquired it. ( ***
One part of a window frame came out while I was photographing it, needs put back into place and it will be included in a separate bag in the bag of furniture.)
Please review photos carefully, sold as is.   Furniture and family are in good condition, includes Mother Father Sister and Brother and all pieces you see in the photos.
I don't set the shipping price, that is done by ebay based on weight and dimensions.  Boxed, the dimensions are 26x16x16, and the weight is 10 pounds.  Using the ebay shipping calculator it seems UPS would be the best option for most locations and is set for that for shipping but I am happy to check to see if Fed Ex would be cheaper, feel free to send me your zip code.
