Vintage Lundby Sweden Furnished 4-STORY Mid-Century Modern Miniature Dollhouse

Original owner- This is
my
dollhouse I played with growing up.
Gently played with, normal wear and tear.
This is a 4-floor, 3-piece house with 34 furniture pieces, 49 accessory pieces (including HTF car ramp), and 1 transponder with 1 connector plug.
House is 32” H x 26” W x 10” D and made from particleboard wood.
Structural condition is excellent.
Interior wallpaper intact, but exterior wallpaper is curling or slightly peeling off in certain sports on sides of the 2 house (non-roof) pieces (see pics).
Transformer is untested, so I do not know if it works.
(Connectors NOT included).
Also, the house and 2 lamps are wired for electric, but not tested.
Defects:
I noticed the following pieces had imperfections, so I fixed them:
WOOD GLUED 1 loose white twin bed post.
WOOD GLUED 1 loose high chair post.
…BUT I could
NOT
fix the following imperfections:

Broken-off bathroom shower-head (so I am including in Ziploc bag).
·
Refrigerator and dishwasher doors do NOT stay on.
·
Black phone top came off, not sure how to put back on (so I’m also including in the Ziploc bag).
