I bought a large group of various Japanese black and gold lacquer pieces from the estate of Hugette Clark. She was a renowned collector of Japanese miniatures and antique dolls. Many pieces in her collection were made exclusively for her and were not mass produced. I think the piece in the middle may be a miniature table with a large group of diamond shape bowls that are made of paper. I am not sure what the other pieces were used for in Japanese life. All the pieces are in very good condition except the jar on the left has some damage.
