Description

True vintage dollhouse.  Someone went to alot of time and love to make this.
It is set as pickup only due to size and weight.  If you would like to arrange for your own shipping, I am happy to coordinate with your shipper.
I am selling this as a collectible.  Because of the age, I would not recommend using for a small child.
I think it is a wonderful piece of American Folk Art.  The paint has discolored with age, as a real house would.  Please examine pictures carefully.
On a base with wood "planks".  Measurements include base.
Measures
36" wide
31" high
22" deep
Has five rooms, an attic a staircase and a porch.
Built in "fireplaces" in two rooms.
