Looking for a very special Christmas gift - then look no further!  This beautiful arts and crafts Christmas dollhouse was not made from a kit, but built, right down to it's individual sand paper roof tiles, in the early '60's by a grandfather for his young granddaughter.  Marvel in the beautiful period furniture, most of which is original to the house.  Note the cheery living room decked out for Christmas complete with gifts and a toy train under the tree, the vintage kitchen and stunning dining room with marble-topped table.  This 7 room house is front and rear opening for easy access, while keeping it dust free.  The exterior is completely decorated for the holidays and takes one back to a time when things were simpler in its snow-covered setting.
Also included is the complete family of 5 period dolls right down to Papa decorating the exterior Christmas tree and Santa getting ready to deliver his gifts.  The decorated board is included in the purchase and the
Dollhouse measures 27" (L) X 18.75" (W)  X 25" (H).
