Vintage, Engineer Built OOAK 1:12 Scale Stucco Dollhouse

Once in a lifetime.....
This fully furnished 13 room OOAK vintage dollhouse came to me via a third party who explained that it had been the creation of an engineer many years back ('50's or '60's?).  It had been discovered largely finished on the interior but was totally undone on its exterior.  This dollhouse was obviously hand crafted as a replica of an existing home, most probably done from original floor plans; note the
closets
and the completely hidden (except through open doors and while disassembled) center second floor stair hall.  And like most abandoned projects, it sat in storage for many years and suffered accordingly.  I have spent the better part of the last year repairing the interior (while maintaining as much of the original wallpaper, etc. as possible), finishing the exterior and the electrical (there are now a total of 18 working lights with numerous additional working outlets).  A composition roof was added as well as a hand-applied stucco finish.  Completely open in the back, this dollhouse has viewing openings on two additional sides.  Please note the

incredible interior detail, including: hardwood floors with ribbon inserts,
handmade
doors, windows and kitchen appliances/cabinets, gracious center hall, hand-stenciled bathroom floors, 3 outdoor porch areas - one an outdoor bar area - (plus a fenced in outdoor patio), a bedroom with wainscoting and a "built-in", 2 flickering marble fireplaces, a (billiard/game) room with built-in banquette seating, picture frame moldings,
paneled
library (with hand-covered books, fish tank and ship model), kitchen pantry with stocked shelves, many smalls, etc.  The house has now been totally furnished with top-of-the-line vintage pieces, including all dolls (note the hand-sculpted nude in one of the baths). This house is quite large (40"(W) X 34" (D) X 36"(H)) but comes apart (roof + 3rd floor/attic + 1st and second floors + large finished landscaped board  (42" X 48")) for ease of transportation.  Again, I have gone to great lengths to preserve as much of the original interior as was possible; given its age,

, this dollhouse is in remarkable overall condition.
