Vintage Dollhouse 1946 Furnished. Condition is "Used"...This is a 12-room Dollhouse, 1:12 I believe.
Dimentions:  21" high,...23" deep....45" wide
Electrical run to all rooms, most lights currently operational, comes with spare bulbs and EVERY miniature shown and dozens more not shown...Some of the items are Rare vinatge collectables. Some are hand-crafted by a pro. many of the items go back to the 1940's. I do not have the time or patience to sell them individually.
This was originally purchased in 1946 for my mother as a 3-story Victorian style home. Growing up in San Francisco, most of the homes there were flats or had recreation areas on their roofs...She modified this one to match. The entire roof is an out-door / patio setting..
There are too many items to list, and many photos of the house / items available upon request.
This sat in a room for the last 6 years, with the furniture and small items carefully boxed up and set on top of the House. Some areas will need to be tightened up to make it a "ten" but again, I won't have the time to do that. A couple of the doors need to be re-alligned, and it has not been painted in many years. Not a perfect 10 as far as Antiques go, but amazing just ths ame..Thousands invested over the years and needs a home where it can be appreciated. I have no-one to pass onto down the road and it does take up a bit of space.
