Up for sale is a vintage handmade dollhouse in the style of a Chicago bungalow. This probably dates from the 1930's. The platform that this dollhouse sits measures 18" wide, 40" deep. The entire house is 18 1/2" tall. The sides open for placement of furniture, and the ceiling lights are wired for electricity though we do not know if they work. All and all it is in very good condition, and the front and back porches are intact and are in good condition as well. Several people who have seen this dollhouse and have lived in Chicago bungalows have noted that this is a quite accurate representation of an actual bungalow.
All of the included furniture is made by Tootsie Toys and is in good condition. About 6 or so pieces have damage -- please see photo with the green sofa for details.
