Fantastic vintage Bavarian Alpine dollhouse. It has provenance of when it was purchased in the 1980's from an antique store in Michigan and by the note found within.
The base to this amazing piece measures approx. 18" x 13"
The house measures approx. 13" tall.
The roof lifts off
Comes with a few cut plywood figures that were found with it.
It is made of plywood and painted with lovely traditional Bavarian / Alpine colors.
The yard is fenced with "trees".
This piece has external stairs and porches.
The roof detail is very unusual and quite amazing!
Good overall condition with minimal wear. This was well cared for for the last 30+ years (since the last time of purchase from an antique shop)
Will be well packed and shipped in two different boxes, if needed.
