Has been nicely kept. Some scrapes from use. Wheels roll and lock. Please refer to pics for details and any imperfections/wear and what’s included. Everything needed for assembly is present (noted another hex bar for tightening and a plastic end sleeve are missing). Instructions not included though easily found online. Local pick up is available.
