The EPC-410 Epoxy Glue is used by professionals to secure stair
iron balusters into place. It dries hard and creates an immovable baluster once dried. Approximately working time is 15 minutes. After the two components of Epoxy Glue have been mixed, the adhesive hardens with almost no loss of volume to form a duroplastic synthetic resin. Hardening takes place by evaporation. Surface must be dry and free of dust and grease.

SHIPPING
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday from our main warehouse facility in Houston, TX. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays will be processed the next business day. Ground Delivery orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of order confirmation, subject to complete order verification. Some orders require additional handling time to ship.
UPS & FEDEX Ground
is our standard shipping method within the Continental US. UPS Ground requires 1-6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility. Due to restrictions with UPS we cannot ship to PO Boxes therefor a physical shipping address is required upon checkout.
Expedited Shipping
is also available, feel free to contact us to get a quote. Expedited delivery orders (2nd Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery) received before 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on any business weekday are processed and shipped the same day, subject to complete order verification. Orders received after 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on any business weekday will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders received over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. Some orders require additional handling time to ship.
P.O. Box Delivery
is not available due to limitations by UPS. Please provide a physical shipping address to avoid delays in processing your order.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to ASP within 14 days of purchase date. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Seller Shipping and handling Expenses will not be refunded for any returned product. A restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from refunds for items returned within 14 days of purchase and have not incurred material damage and are not missing components included in the original shipment. For pieces that have been damaged after delivery, you may be charged an additional restocking fee of either 35% or 50% of the original purchase price based on the severity of damage. If we receive a return which has been damaged beyond repair, we may return the item to you without issuing a refund.
