    Description:
    This is a miscellaneous lot of 7 Republican campaign pinback buttons and 7 whistles.  They are "like new" because they were never worn/used.  I only kept them as collectibles.
    Note that the 7 whistles are rare.  They say "Let's Blow the Whistle on BROWN".  They reference Pat Brown, who was the Democratic Governor of California 1959 - 1967.  The organization that commissioned these whistles was UROC (United Republicans of California).  UROC was active approximately 1962 - 1973, especially during the Nixon Presidential and Reagan Governor years.  UROC was a right-wing, conservative California Republican organization.  All of the whistles except one work and are loud!
