    Description

    Skilcraft Doll House kit No. 660 – Colonial Style Doll House with ¼” wood construction with 1” to 1’ scale. The finished house measures 26” long x 24” tall
    x 13” wide. Kit contains plastic colonial-style shutters and clapboard siding, decorative fireplace (with 36” of wainscotting,) preprinted vinyl windows and textured roofing material. The box is new, unopened, and almost entirely sealed in the original plastic shrinkwrap—please note the bottom of this wrap has some tears from storage. Some visible bumping along one bottom corner is visible as well. Please look closely at the pictures-they are a valuable part of the description. Selling this kit as-is and as-shown. Please note this kit does not contain any doll house furniture or other accessories, only the house as described. The box as shown is oversized and measures approximately 27 inches x 21 inches x 3 inches and weighs 16 pounds before packing to ship. Please ask any necessary questions before bidding.
