Completed Handmade Custom DollHouse 1950’s era. Resembles a Stucco sided Cottage - Bavarian or Swiss type home.
Medium to Large measures 32” x 19” x 21”
Two Story with Staircase. 4 Rooms, Open Back
Living Room has Ceiling beams!
Good Vintage Condition as Shown - Does need some TLC as it’s been in bedroom storage. Dusty, some repairs needed but Overall Great shape!
Made by an elderly man for his daughters in the 1950’s - repaired, added to over the years. Built on the flat sturdy wooden base (attached) as shown. Windows Open and Close - One missing the glass. Some separation of the roof, some exterior small repairs needed but structurally sound and clean - no mildew, rot or overt damage.
Faux Stucco has a few missing areas up under Roof etc but this has the One of a Kind Vintage Charm that can only be found with a handcrafted item.
