One of the finest dollhouses ever constructed

One of the finest dollhouses ever constructed. The builder spent 2000 hours constructing this.   Shingles, brick, siding, flooring etc were milled by hand from original stock.  That is each piece of siding was milled  from a solid piece of wood just as is done with full scale materials and installed like actual siding is installed.  Each shingle was made from a block of cedar.  Each brick was constructed from a piece of clay.   All of the windows are glass and true functioning double hung.  Shutters all function.  All doors are handmade from solid stock and they all operate.  All wood flooring is hand milled from solid walnut and cherry.  Unlike most houses this home has all exterior walls and the front and back wall open up to expose the interior.  House is wiring with CirKit wiring.
Some items were purchased such as drapes, balusters, door knobs.
Faults include some damage to chimney and two of the lights don't work.
I will personally deliver this anywhere in North America with 50% down payment.
