Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.  Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.  For free shipping items, the actual shipping cost occurred will be deducted from and refund.
Defective Item Exchanges:  The customer is responsible for all 2 way shipping cost.  Please, call us to obtain a RMA number prior to shipping.  If you do not have a RMA number the package will not be accepted.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other countries are not included in our free shipping auctions.  Please, email us for a shipping quote.

Defective Items or Exchanges:  All items must be returned with a RMA number obtained from us with in 7 days of the item being received from the tracking number provided from the shipper.
Please, call us to proved a RMA number before shipping any exchange.  All items with out a RMA will be returned.
All non-defective, undamaged, and unopended products will incur a 25% restocking fee.  If we receive any return or exchange in an open package or box or with out original accessories there will be a 50% restocking fee.
