    This is the new House On the Hill front opening, dollhouse kit is 30" wide x 21"deep and 53" tall. It is a 4 floor dollhouse with milled siding in 1/4" cabinet grade B/BB Baltic birch. Kit weight is 50 pounds and ships in one box 30x24x6".
    This kit come with 13 single non-working windows, three staircases with landing and newel post. 4 working 4 raised panel interior doors, three working main entry and balcony doors, one double working balcony door, detailed porch, balcony railings, seamless contacting walls, detailed turret, gables, octagon peak roof window. This is a dream Victorian house for anyone in the market.
