Note: Pictures above are of a face plate for a K11-100 chuck with 3 mounting holes.  K12-100 & K72-100 chucks use (4) mounting bolts on a 84 mm diameter circle for screw hole mounting.
You must send me a eBay message on what diameter spindle & threaded hole you need before ordering.

The hub has different configurations depending on size of the hole.
The steel face plate is 1/4" thick & is used with K12-100 & K72-100 chucks having 84 mm bolt circle using (4) M8 bolts you supply. If you require 3 bolt mounting see my other listing for this type.  Make sure you check your chuck before ordering.
The hub & back plate assembly is held
together
by (3) #10-24 socket flat head screws.
You do not receive the chuck in the picture, the chuck is not for sale.
Note: the pictures above show a hub with a diameter hole of 5/8" & also the disc may or may not  have a 1/2" diameter hole(not used).
Some spindle adapters need to be ordered by me first.
