Description
We are now pleased to offer our fifth in our series of paper covered wooden doll house kits completely manufactured by us in Spokane, WA., USA. The finished dimensions are 11-1/2" high by 6-3/4" wide by 4-1/4" deep including the chimney and base.  This house looks especially nice displayed along side our No 1 and No 3 dollhouses like a little village that would be wonderful to decorate for the holidays.  Note that there are two floors. We now include wallpaper for the interior walls. In two separate auctions we include 2 styles of cardstock antique style furniture to fit this house. THIS IS A KIT OF WOOD AND CARDSTOCK IMAGES FOR YOU TO ASSEMBLE.
The following is included in this kit:
18 pieces of wood precut with complete instructions on how to use them to assemble the project.
1 wood spacer
1 chipboard back wall
Three sets of brass hinges with screws and one latch nail
Cardstock graphics to cover the front, sides, door, gutter and dormer.
Cardstock wallpaper and floor covering for the interior 2 floors.
Complete instructions and 35 color photos of assembly process like those shown here.
What you need to provide to complete this project:
White craft glue like Gripp or Designer Tacky
Scissors and Exacto style knife
Screw driver and metal edge ruler
A red, green and yellow acrylic paint and the brush to apply it
Shoe polish to seal and antique after all parts are glued
and a rag to apply and buff it
Optional clamps to hold the wooden parts securely while your glue is drying and paper cutter

All my workbooks and projects are printed on a state of the art digital color laser printer on either 110 lb. card stock or parchment paper.
Shipping is FREE on my store kit projects in the USA and I ship by USPS Priority Mail. International shipping rate is .80 and I deduct .95 from this for foreign orders to pay shipping in the amount of .85 only.  One more paper project could ride along in this package for the same shipping money.
