    Ettco Tool & Mach. Co. Inc Model No. 3B Tapper. Has chuck labeled "Ettco No. 3E Cap. #10-5/8". One picture shows this description on "chuck" but it may be hard to read in picture. In person it is very clear. This is a self-reversing unit that works as designed. Buyer will need his own long 1/2" bar that keeps unit from spinning. It would be too long for economical shipping.
