PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THIS IS NOT A FULL SIZE HOUSE THIS IS A 1:144 SCALE HOUSE PLEASE READ DIMENSIONS CAREFULLY
The Classic Colonial Style house features a front porch and balcony, two chimneys, a terrace, brick foundation, staircases, and includes the four fireplaces.
This kit includes all materials needed to completely finish the interior and exterior of the house.
Note:  Due to the curve in the front railings each spindle is glued on individually.
The structural pieces are laser cut out of maple hardwood & and clapboard siding.  The kit includes the base, three floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, 2 interior walls.
The exterior materials include precut siding, shingles, 2 chimneys, terrace & steps, corner & cove trims, and all materials for front porch and balcony.
The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, trims for the edges of the walls and floors, 2 staircases with railings, and 4 fireplaces.
Also included are all laser cut parts for doors, window casings, window frames, shutters, and window boxes.
Landscaping materials include grass, sand, bushes, foliage for window boxes, and 2 bags of flowers; one with mixed flowers for window boxes, one color for bushes.
The step by step instructions are detailed with diagrams and pictures.
Finished size: 4 ½” wide x 2 ½” deep x 3 ½” high
It is important to note that our house kits include everything you will need to complete the house as shown except the paint, tools, and glue.
