Gorgeous dollhouse for any adult or child that would love hours of hobby decorating or play. Painted light purple with gold, white, and black trim. Custom corbels under the gable. Removable painted front steps. Doors that open and close. Windows have white panes but they do not open and close. Large bay windows. Decorative attic window. Decorative raised panels beneath the windows. Stripwood accents throughout the front of the house.  Large porch on first and second floor with decorative gold arched railing.
The inside has 2 sets of staircases that were not installed. They are waiting for your customization. The walls and ceiling inside the dollhouse are not decorated. You will enjoy customizing the paint or wallpaper and flooring. There are 3 walls with doorways that you can adjust to create the size rooms you want. 1:12 size.
The tower has a hidden room that you can also decorate. The tower roof is removable so you have even more access to the attic.
The roof has individually placed wood shingles that were painted black.
The entire structure of the dollhouse was glued and nailed using Gorilla Glue and finishing nails that you cannot see. I added the nails to make it more sturdy. Believe me- its not breaking.
The entire dollhouse is 2 feet 3.5" wide x 1 foot 8" deep x 3 feet 8" tall from base to the top of the tower.
You must pick up from Conroe Texas. For transportation you can remove the tower roof which will make it 3 feet 1" from the base to the top of the attic roof. Serious inquiries only.
