Item's Back Story:
The lady I purchased this from said she was the original owner and the doll house belonged to her when she was a child. Has been safety stored in Colorado for YEARS! Came from a very beautiful, well kept up home.
Condition:
This house is not perfect. It is approx. 65 years old! There are some dings, dents, and stretches on the tin. Some of the furniture has broken pieces
It will also need a little TLC to clean up. For the most part, I think it is in wonderful condition for it's age!
Chimney has been removed for secure shipping purposes. It can easily be put back on!
