    Description

    One of our most popular houses. The Darlington is designed to be a hotel but can be used as a marvelous Victorian home or Brownstone. As a hotel the first floor would be the reception desk, office, lobby and gentlemen’s lounge. The second floor could be the bar, restaurant, gift shop and barber shop. The third floor consist of three bedrooms and a water closet. The forth floor is Madam’s penthouse.
    Hotel, Brownstone or Victorian Home.  Make it what you want!  The Darlington features 17 large rooms with a penthouse opening to a roof top veranda. The kit features full foundation; laser cut interior stairs with railing; corner quoins; milled in stone block siding; hotel signage; and exterior dental molding.  Components included consist of six single windows; ten double windows; one exterior double door; a French door and two arch shaped windows. Building and components can be purchased separately.
