Shipping

We do NOT ship to PO Box.

2. All orders will ship from our distribution center located in Ohio.

We do NOT ship on weekends or holidays.
All orders placed on the weekend/holiday will ship out the next business day.

buyers outside the U.S.
will be required to provide freight forwarder US shipping address.
5. It's important to ask in advance if you will require
lift-gate delivery
as most trucks are not equipped with a lift-gate. Carriers are not obligated to provide trucks with lift gates when trucks or operators are not available.

7. If an item
reaches or exceeds the 150 lbs limit
of UPS, it will ship ground freight.

Receiving a Shipment
1. We do not own or operate any trucks or shipping service, we do not have any control over the company’s driving skills or exact delivery times. Our responsibility ends at the point items are loaded in the truck. Therefore, we are not liable for freight claims but we will assist through the claim process.
2. We have attached caution and warning labels to the packages to remind customers to thoroughly inspect it before signing the delivery receipt.
3. The customer should be available to sign for the shipment of the delivery.
4. If you determine that your shipment has been mishandled in transit, you should note all damaged and missing materials on the delivery receipt. Notify us within 7 days of the shipment’s delivery. We will require pictures of the damaged items for confirmation.
