CHION "Fleur de Sel" is hand harvested in the form of flakes from the Mediterranean sea surface and done so by hand at a specific time of year.
Its texture is unique as it has irregular crystals, others fine and other coarse, and is rich in magnesium and potassium minerals.
Its unique taste stands out mainly when it garnishes foods such as barbeque meats, fish, and salads. It is even used in confectionery, where it combines perfectly with caramel and chocolate.
