The Pergo Highland Hickory is really beautiful. I am a little disappointed by how easily it scratches and constantly worry about any water spills after reading so previous reviews.

Replaced Carpet with Cap A Tread and was very pleased with the look and installation. Matched the Pergo Highland Hickory laminate very well. Only difference is the the Pergo was narrower and had texture where Cap A Tread has no texture.

Bought this product to redo the steps leading to the laundry room and basement in my daughter's new house. The product is well made and although not really a DIY project, as a general contractor, I was able to install 6 steps a day, including preparation. These were old steps I was covering, so measurements were difficult but doable. Unfortunately, I couldn't compensate for the uneven tile floor at the top of the steps, but the outcome was better than expected.
