This is the Calico Critters Deluxe Village House plus lots of furniture plus figures!
Check out the photos - you get everything you see. The house comes with all its railings, front porch steps, etc., but appears to be missing a ladder and one of the front porch lights. However, also included is a tent, blanket and sleeping bag for the critters to camp out.
Lots of furniture is included for the living room (sofa and two easy chairs), kitchen (stove, counter, etc.), bathroom (tub, toilet) and bedrooms (beds, tables, nightstand). Also included are a number of figures - rabbits, elephants, hedgehogs.
Plus - also included is a Christmas tree, some toys and a bear figure dressed as Santa.
