Uncle Chris' Gourmet Steak Seasoning is a delicious blend of spices that is the perfect combination of garlic, onion, salt, pepper and a hint of lemon zest and other spices that will turn even the simplest cut of meat into a masterpiece. . It also works as a tenderizer, just sprinkle some of this seasoning mix on your meat 30 minutes before cooking (or marinate overnight for an even bolder flavor). Hamburger Deluxe is a mix of traditional spices flavored with garlic, salt and onion. Season burgers 30 minutes before cooking / broiling. You can also mix a little Hamburger Deluxe with a little olive oil and Worcestershire sauce to make an all-purpose marinade for red meat. Bolner's Fiesta has been a trusted brand since 1955.
