    Description

SOLD IN BOXES of 20 ea, 17 lbs,. 33.5" overall length, 29.00" between flatted ends.
These balusters are popular due to their price, ease of installation, and perma-shine glazing. Made within the automotive manufacturing supply chain, the finish is the same as a car body. They look beautiful thanks to the 5/8" square design which cannot be found anywhere else, mimicking wrought iron. Round balusters don't look right in comparison, we used to offer them but discontinued them after receiving many comments that the square ones were much better looking.  This curved version is called the Archer as it mimics a bent bow, with a 2.5" bow-out, for a subtle but elegant look for your deck.
They attach using Grip-Rite 1" deck screws, ACE 1" deck screws, or composite deck screws, 1.5" screw length max if using 2x4/6 railing material. The rail frame is completely built, then the balusters go onto the sides. No need to build into the frame as you go, no breakage from buttons that round ones slide over, and no replacement issues, unlike the round ones sold at building supply superstores with buttons that are VERY difficult to replace when the buttons break out. (True story, kids horsing around fell into  one in the winter. Owner was so disgusted that he had to disassemble the whole rail, he replaced them all with these). We recommend a cover board, routered edge, and closer posts rather than farther apart, ie 5' on centers. It looks really good with smaller rail panels.  Also, since these are attached to both top and bottom, the railings are pinned together and therefore cannot warp. The round ones with buttons will allow warping, and can fall out (Another True Story)
We have been in business for over 10 years and have sold more than 80,000 to date, with many happy customers who email their finished deck photos, and zero complaints. We make the process of buying as easy as possible, and Ebay is a perfect way to sell as the payment and shipping is all automatic. We normally use UPS with local ads on other seller site (Craigs), and deliver a few boxes a day to our local UPS store.
They are 33.5" long overall, including 2 1/8" overlap at each end for easy and fast face-mount application, leaving 29 1/4" vertical space between rails required.
The price including freight (pending zip code check) is sufficiently below building stores that it saves you big money while getting an attractive metal railing. Most destinations only takes 2 days UPS ground. We also take credit cards by phone.
All Emails are answered within a day.
