Miniature 1:24 scale Beach House - "Ready to move in" - Complete with furniture and Kitchen appliances.
Measures about 9" wide, a fraction over 7" deep and 6-3/4" high.
Created in Brevard County, Florida Miniature group workshop years ago.
I sold the other one which is unfurnished, but am willing to sell this one without the furniture and appliances.  Just contact me and I will revise the listing to sell the unfurnished house for 9.99 plus shipping.
