Bread proofer for Bakery , built 100% in Italy. It's made with structrure in alluminium profiles ,and panels sandwich type ,thickness 40mm covered in grey (or white on request) aluminium sheet .
Complete with stainless steel floor
Door is made in alluminium with plexiglass window and has 40 mms thickess .
Hot / steam unit generator ,is made in stainless steel and it is mounted on the top of the proofer ; it has automatic water charge and,with it, it is possible to adjust temperature from room temperature to 45° and from humidity room to 95%
Proofer has Electronic control board complete with temperature and humidity control and regulation , weekly timer with buzzer .
It shipped not assembled in wood cage by sea and it is very simple to install .
