This Housework’s Lisa’s Country Farmhouse 1:12 scale dollhouse was fully assembled and decorated by an experienced miniature artisan. The exterior features 3/8 inch milled clapboard walls with a faux steel roof and a beautiful double-sided front porch just waiting for your decorating touch. The interior features faux wood plank floors, a modern farmhouse design wallpaper trimmed with baseboards and a crossbuck dutch door (bottom half is stationary and top half is a working door). Note – the exterior porch steps are not glued to the foundation for ease of shipping.
