Antique Gottschalk Blue Roof National Guard doll house building c1904. This is a very rare building you don't see. 4 rooms with stairs on 1 side. 20" high, 24" high with flag pole. 16" wide, 9" deep. Lithograph paper in very good condition, some tiny paint spatter on the roof. Steps & one porch post replaced. Opens on both sides. Evelyn Ackerman the authority on Gottschalk who's written several books told me she had never seen one in person. I've only seen 1 other in a different size. We've had it in our
collection
for many years.
My shipping charges are about the lowest in the biz. I pay for a shipping service that allows me to ship 1st class & to provide lower cost insurance. It may be a day longer but doesn't justify you, the customer paying more. If you prefer Priority, don't pay til I can adjust the shipping charge after you notify me of that preference. I only charge actual costs & refund if its less to ship. I also recycle & save good boxes. Priority boxes that come to me are often damaged in shipping, they are too thin.
