Antique Dollhouse.  Hand-crafted 19th century beauty!
This is a truly unique dollhouse that was originally crafted in the late-19th century according to information we received from the original estate.
There are two rooms downstairs and two rooms upstairs with a central wooden staircase.
All floors are wood.  Walls have been covered in wallpaper (most likely later than original construction).  There are brass curtain rods at each window.
The house is constructed of wood.  The exterior has been hand-stenciled with textured bricks (see photos).
The front/facade of the house slides up and may be removed to reveal the interior.
There is glass in the front windows only.  There is a wooden door in front that opens and closes.
The chimney can be moved or removed.
The dollhouse sits on a wooden stand.
Size:  Approximately 34 1/2" tall x 34 1/4" wide x 22" deep (without stand and to top of chimney).  Stand is approximately 11 1/4 tall x 32 1/2" wide x 18" deep.
This is a very heavy dollhouse, constructed entirely of wood.  See photos for depth of wood.
This beautiful dollhouse is in very nice condition.  There is some wear from age and play.  See photos carefully for condition and please ask if you have questions or need additional information/photos.
