Antique Doll House - Pre WWII. Condition is "Used".
This doll house was given to my mother around 1945, but she was the second owner, so it was likely made in the 1930's or even earlier.  Detached garage. Windows and door are medal.  Everything else is wood.  Quality construction and sturdy.  Comes with all furniture pictures.  Mini dolls are also antique, but newer than the house. Some minor cracking in the plastic on the dolls.  Stool is missing one leg, minor chips out of some furniture.
Dimensions of main piece are 30 inches long, 12.5 inches tall (to chimney), 15.75 inches deep (including green space).
