Made out of high grain casting, this precision quality low profile rotary table diameter is 80 mm (3"Inches ) and is most popular light weight tilting rotary table for small and light duty milling operations.
Table is graduated 360 Degrees. Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees. Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero.
Designed to tilt between 0- 90 Degrees & can be locked at any working angle position. Total Height when laid flat is 2-7/16" ( 62 mm ) without the Chuck on it. When Chuck is mounted, the total height becomes 135 mm. Center Height in vertical position: 2-17/32" (61.5 mm approx).
Base Dimensions : 100 x 105 mm with 2 x Drills (8 mm diameter) at a PCD of 82 mm approx. Weight of the Rotary Table : 2.700 Kgs. Supplied with a suitable M6 clamp kit which is hardened and ground before the epoxy black finish for a rust free life.
Supplied with 80 mm 3 jaw self centering chuck with spare set of reversible jaws and a chuck key, Also included a suitable steel back plate with fixing t nuts and bolts to enable this to mount it on this 3" /80 mm Tilting Rotary table. The Back plate is drilled with M6 size tapped holes for the chuck's bolts to be screwed with the back plate and then provided with 2 counter drills to them clamp it with the Rotary table's T slots.
The Chuck body is made of high grain casting and the jaws are made of hardened tool steel for a long life. The chuck recess is 55 mm same as that of the back plate. The back plate has a 13.9 mm small spigot that helps it in centrally locate it in the center of the Rotary Table.
(With 3"/80 mm Rotary Table) :-

Rotary Table's Base Dimensions : 110 x 85 mm with 2 x U slots (7.5 mm wide) each wall for Horizontal and Vertical clamping purpose.

Made of Caste Iron, Precision High Quality 4" /100 mm Regular Rotary Table designed for smaller milling machines. Table is graduated 360 Degrees. Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees.
Can be clamped vertically and horizontally both ways. Height when laid horizontally 2-5/16" Inches ( 58 mm ) without the Chuck on it. When Chuck is mounted, the total height becomes 130 mm. Center Height in vertical position: 2-1/8" (53.5 mm approx) .Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero.
Base Dimensions : 135 mm x 105 mm with 2 x U slots (9.5 mm) . Body is painted and Rest all working surfaces are precision ground. The Dial and locking screws are plated and Handle has epoxy black finish for a rust free life. Smooth Jerk free easy rotation with negligible play. The top of the table is ground to eliminate any excess run out.
It is mainly used to cut gear teeth accurately and equal spacing of the teeth of the gear. Also used for milling gears, splines, squares, cutting of flutes in reamers, drills and milling cutters, racks, grinders, etc.

Brand New High Quality 4" /100 mm Precision Tilting Rotary Table Features to tilts between 0- 90 Degrees & can be locked at any working position.
Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees. Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero. Provided with oil nipple for oiling of inside body. Setting grub screw to dial and adjust the table to horizontal flat @ 0 degree is being given along with a locking screw to lock the table at the desired position.
Center Height in horizontal position when lay flat : 2-3/4" (70 mm approx) without the Chuck on it. When Chuck is mounted, the total height becomes 140 mm. Center Height in vertical position: 3" Inch approx (77 mm) .Can be clamped vertically and horizontally both ways.
Body & table are made of caste Iron. Rest of the parts are made of tool steel. Body is painted black. Knobs, dials and locking screws are all plated and Rest of the working surface are precisely ground. Rotary's handle are knurled for firm gripping while rotating and epoxy black finish for a long rust free life.
Base Dimensions : 142 x 128 mm. 2 Opposite counter drills of 9.5 mm diameter are located at a PCD of 102 mm approx for mounting.
