    Description

    This is a 1931 Standard Modernus Toilet System (Stamped inside tank cover is July 20, 1931 ---  Made in the USA  --- F4050 33).  Also has a kokomo Stamp and Pat. Des. 84458, June 23,1931.   Also included is a sink we believe is from the 1930's but not positive on this guess.  The sink is 15" X 14".   The toilet and sink should clean up nicely and I did not see any knicks or chips on the porcelain.  Local Pick Up Only from Chelsea, Michigan or Pick Up from the Caledonia Michigan area also possible.
