    The 1:48 or 1/4" scale Ashley Gothic Victorian miniature dollhouse kit measures 11"W x 6.5"D x 14.5"H.  It features a ceiling height of 2.5" with rooms averaging 2.5" x 2.5" and the large side rooms are 2.5" x 5".  It has detailed skirts, porch, functioning doors, engraved siding and shingles, Victorian gingerbread trim, detailed railings, window frames, and Plexiglas window inserts.   Assembly required by an adult.
