    Wonderful antique dollhouse made by
    Rich in Ohio USA.
    Vintage doll house is made
    in 193
    8 and is the Suburban model.
    � Lovely hand painted English Tudor, country cottage. � Cream colored paint with half timber detail. House is in  good vintage condition with All original paint and roof. Painted flowers and shrubs. � Darling wooden door with Manuel chime doorbell. � Inside two floors, with a tiny stairway. Three rooms downstairs and three rooms upstairs. � Original wallpaper and flooring in all rooms. Some wallpaper is coming off the walls and as much as I would like to re-do this doll house, I will leave it up to the next owners to redo to their liking. What a fun project! � The house is in as found condition. There is some wear to the paint around the edges. Some bumps and scrapes to the roof. Missing some windows.  � there is an electric box located in the parlor but it’s not hooked up to anything but I imagine there was electricity going to the rooms at one time and may be able to be refurbished. This is to be expected with a vintage dollhouse. � It is very charming! This is a smaller scale dollhouse. Some call it 3/4" or 1/16" scale. � Dolls would be around 3"- 4" tall. � Dollhouse measures 33” long and 22” high and 14” deep. � Dollhouse is sold
    unfurnished! *Last photo shows house with some 1/16" scale furniture available for sale in my other auctions.* Coming from a non smoking home.
